インドネシアから東日本大震災へ連帯ビデオ曲 Lagu Solidaritas dari RI

共に大規模自然災害“大国”の日本とインドネシア。地震と津波、そして火山噴火。アジア・太平洋地域でこれほど自然災害と運命共同体的な国はない。あのスマトラ島沖大地震と巨大津波は、6年と3ヵ月前の2004年12月26日に起きた。そして、2011年3月11日の東日本大震災。

世界中から連帯、支援の声が日本へ向けられている。これまで134の国・地域、そして39の国際機関から支援の申し入れがあった、と外務省のホームページは記している。

この中には当然インドネシア共和国も含まれている。同国は確か、200万ドル（約1億6千万円）の義捐金提供を申し出たと伝えられているが、外務省のホームページ上には、その授受に関する記録は未だない。また物資支援の項目にも、同国は並んでいない。緊急援助隊の項目にも、国名が見当たらない。但し「諸外国等からの物資支援（実績一覧表）2011年3月31日外務省」によれば、インドネシアから3月18日～20日に、毛布約10,000枚の提供があり、それらは岩手県、山形県、埼玉県へ配られたとされる。

一方「諸外国・地域・国際機関からの救助チーム等活動場所（平成23年4月1日現在）」の中には、3/19-3/23に救助隊員11名、事務員、メディカル4名が宮城県気仙沼市、塩竃市、石巻市で活動していたことが記録されている。おそらく、自国民の安否確認作業だった思われる。

インドネシア国内各地で、日本の被災者に対する連帯と応援の動きがある。それらの幾つかについては、日本のメディアでも報じられている。しかしながら、日本政府並びに日本国民が、これまで同国の自然災害に際して実施した支援内容と比べると、その“熱烈ぶり”に温度差がある。ことに、17万もの尊い命を巨大津波に奪われたアチェからのリスポンスに少し戸惑いを覚えるのは筆者だけだろうか。確かに文化人や生徒らによる連帯集会は行われているが、多くの日本国民の知るところとなっていない。アチェ被災後、日本は巨額の資金援助と人的支援を行っている。

そんな中、You Tube上で盛んに「日本頑張れ！」の曲を発信し続けているインドネシア人を見つけた。プロフィールはまだ分からない。ヒット数も少ない。しかし、その“熱烈ぶり”は感動的でもある。以下、それらの幾つかを紹介したい。
